About Us

I was born in, and have lived in, Yeovil all my life. I started in business in 1987 with my father doing roofing and property maintenance.

While doing a large roofing project, we needed a permanent solution for some flat roofs and lead valley replacement. We were advised that the new solution was glass fibre. We found a company to undertake the contract. We were very impressed with the glass fibre system which worked perfectly, but the service we received was very unreliable. We decided we would undertake all the glass fibre roofing ourselves in future.

We have since phased out general roofing to concentrate on glass fibre flat roofing only. As far as I know we are the only company locally who specialise solely in glass fibre flat roofing, with 20 years continuous experience. We pride ourselves on giving an honest, reliable service; I will not tell you I can do the job in 2 weeks when I know it cannot be done for 2 months! This is most important to my trade customers, who I know use me again and again because of this level of service.

We have the experience to produce high quality workmanship, backed up by the knowledge that when you ask me to give you a quote, it will be me who comes to give you the quote, me who comes back to do the job, and me who asks for the payment. You deal with the same person all the way through.

You can have 100% confidence that the price quoted is the price you pay. I do not give estimates, only firm quotations. If after commencement of the job extra is found that requires additional cost this will always be discussed with you before being undertaken. This is very rare; in most cases we will just do the extra work at no cost to you.

Our glassfibre system flat roofs carry a written 20 year guarantee against leaking from the date of invoice.
